Garage Lift Wire Rope with Swage Stud Terminals in 6mm - 10mm thickness

Our galvanized wire ropes for lifting platforms comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to rope class 6x19+FE, i.e. 6 strands with 19 individual wires each. In addition, the wire ropes have a fiber core to ensure the longevity of the wire rope when used on pulleys. The high number of individual wires ensures both high flexibility and increased stability. The wire rope for lifting platforms is swaged on both sides with an M8, M10, M12, M16 or M20 stainless steel threaded terminal.

Customized length: Replacement steel wire rope for aerial lifts are offered in three different strengths and individual length ranges. Following the selection of the length range, the exact desired dimension can be entered in the field provided. The steel wire ropes for lifting platforms will then be manufactured individually for you within 1-2 working days.

Tested quality: We use only high quality industrial steel for our wire ropes. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. During several test trials, the following minimum breaking loads of wire ropes with thread terminals could be determined:

• 6mm: 3.160kg
• 8mm: 4.383kg
• 10mm: 6.422kg

Attention. No safety factor is taken into account when specifying the minimum breaking load, the working load of the wire ropes is specified with a 5-fold safety factor to the minimum breaking load. The detailed test reports can be found under "Test reports" on the article page.

Versatile uses: The wire ropes can be optimally used for 2-post or 4-post lifts in case a garage door rope is broken or ready to be discarded.
