Product description
Stainless steel rope plastic coated in 3-10mm thickness, loop/loop with Abus Marine 70IB/45HB63 padlock
Our plastic-coated stainless steel ropes V4A (AISI 316) comply with the DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x7 and 7x19, these are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The high number of individual wires provides both high flexibility and increased stability. The wire rope serves optimally for securing in various applications and is increasingly used outdoors due to the high corrosion protection. The stainless steel wire rope is pressed at both ends with a CU clamp to form a loop and is also equipped with an Abus marine lock (70IB/45HB63) with a long shackle.
Durable finish: the high quality wire rope is encased in a 1-2mm thick transparent plastic sheath to protect against damage and dirt, as well as for ease of handling. The PVC sheath protects your items from abrasion and scratches.
Tested quality: We use only high quality stainless steel for our stainless steel ropes. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines we are able to guarantee a complete quality assurance. A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204-2.2 or a meaningful test report can be issued for their application.
Versatile anti-theft protection: The stainless steel ropes can be used as anti-theft devices for garden furniture, patio furniture, baby carriages, bicycles, motorcycles or helmets. Countless goods and objects in the house and garden, as well as sports and camping can be easily and quickly secured with this wire rope as an anti-theft device.
High-quality lock: the seawater-resistant Abus Marine lock consists of a solid brass lock body with stainless steel shackle and also has an encapsulated lock body to protect against dirt and water.
The lock can be supplied keyed alike, if you want, please specify it in the order.
