Stainless steel rope black in 2mm - 6mm thickness with a shroud tensioner
Our salt water resistant and black colored stainless steel ropes made of V4A (AISI 316) stainless steel comply with DIN European Standard 13414-1 and are assigned to the rope classes 7x7 and 7x19, which are 7 strands with 7 or 19 wires each. The stainless steel ropes offer, due to the high number of individual wires, a high flexibility. The black stainless steel wire rope is crimped at one end with a stainless steel shroud tensioner, so that it can be attached and tensioned at suitable anchor points without an additional connecting link. At the other end, the stainless steel wire rope is neatly cut so that a separate end connection of individual length can be attached. Using wire rope clamps, terminals for self-assembly or crimping, such an end connection can be made on site.
When using the shroud tensioners, please make sure to lubricate the threads before tensioning, using a stainless steel assembly paste. The stainless steel assembly paste prevents seizing or cold welding of stainless steel threads.
Tested quality: For our black stainless steel wire ropes we use only high quality stainless steel with the premium quality V4A AISI 316, so the stainless steel wire rope is both salt water and acid resistant. With the help of several own calibrated universal tensile testing machines, we are able to guarantee complete quality assurance.
Individual length production: We manufacture your stainless steel wire ropes with shroud tensioners to fit exactly for you. Versatile applications: The stainless steel ropes with shroud tensioner can be used for suitable guy wires, both in the private, as well as in the commercial sector. Due to the corrosion resistance, stainless steel ropes are increasingly used in outdoor applications. The fork and pin of the rope tensioner allows the stainless steel rope to be attached and tensioned directly to an anchor point without a connecting link (such as a snap hook or shackle).
Easy Extension Options: Our stainless steel wire ropes with a shroud tensioner can of course be combined with matching eyebolts, stainless steel rope clamps or wire rope terminals for self-assembly from the store of Drahtseile24.
