Lever hoist with 500kg payload and 150cm chain length
Our orange powder-coated chain hoist can lift loads up to a payload of 500kg to a maximum lifting height of 1.50m vertically and is ideally suited for pre-tensioning steel cables horizontally over a long span. The ratchet of the chain hoist has a right-, a left- and a freewheel. The lever hoist is equipped with an eye hook with a large jaw width, as well as with a safety chain end piece.
Tested quality: The integrated load brake protects loads from slipping out or falling down. The ratchet hoist is equipped with a 5mm strong grade 80 chain, guaranteeing a long service life. The rubberized handle also provides a secure grip when operating. With the help of a calibrated universal tensile testing machine, a minimum breaking force of the lever hoist of 3,669kg could be determined. No safety factor is taken into account when specifying the minimum breaking force; the payload of the lever hoist is specified with a safety factor of 5 times the minimum breaking force. Versatile applications: Our chain hoist can be used for both vertical and horizontal guy wires. With the help of the handy handle, the lever hoist can be easily tensioned.
Easy expansion options: In combination with our rope tensioning clamp, the lever hoist can be optimally combined for pre-tensioning steel ropes over a very long distance, such as for rope slides or ropeways.
